Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Coresol Studio LLC, a limited liability company doing business as WordPress Maintenance.io (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing wordpressmaintenance.io, submitting a request, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase services. Questions: [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 (307) 206-9014.

1. Company identity, trademarks, and affiliation

WordPress Maintenance.io is not an official WordPress service and is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the WordPress Foundation, Automattic Inc., WordPress.com, or any other official WordPress organization. “WordPress” is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. We use WordPress-related names and marks only to describe the third-party software and sites we service.

The legal entity behind this website and its services is Coresol Studio LLC. Coresol Studio LLC is the parent company that operates WordPress Maintenance.io and other related brands and services, including ElementorExperts. Those brands are independent commercial offerings of Coresol Studio LLC and are not official products of Automattic, the WordPress Foundation, or Elementor Ltd. / Elementor.com, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

2. Services

We provide WordPress-related services, including:

  • Emergency Hacking Fix ($100 USD): a one-time, single-site engagement for malware/backdoor cleanup, access recovery assistance, updates, admin audit, and basic hardening, as described on our website.
  • Website Maintenance Plans: optional monthly retainers (Core and Pro tiers) described on our website, billed separately if you subscribe.

Scope is limited to what is reasonably achievable with the access you provide and the condition of the site. Severely damaged, custom, or multi-site environments may require a revised quote before work continues.

3. One-time $100 payment

The Emergency Hacking Fix is a single one-time payment of $100 USD per website. Payment is collected through Stripe, processed by Coresol Studio LLC (doing business as WordPress Maintenance.io). By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the stated amount.

Work on the paid Emergency Hacking Fix typically begins after payment is confirmed and we have received the access needed to perform the service. Completing payment does not guarantee a successful recovery if the host, DNS, or backups prevent remediation; we will communicate limitations in good faith.

4. Client responsibilities and access

You agree to provide, as applicable:

  • WordPress administrator access
  • Hosting control panel access
  • SFTP/FTP access
  • Database access

You represent that you own the website or are authorized to grant access. Do not send passwords through unsecured public channels unless we designate a secure method. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where possible before work begins.

5. Payments, Stripe, and billing

All payments for the $100 Emergency Hacking Fix are processed by Stripe on behalf of Coresol Studio LLC. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Maintenance plan pricing is as listed on the website at the time of purchase and may be billed monthly via Stripe or another method we specify. Taxes may apply where required.

6. Refunds

Because the Emergency Hacking Fix is a custom digital service that begins once access is used, payments are generally non-refundable after work has started. If we have not yet begun work and you cancel in writing within a reasonable time after payment, contact [email protected] and we will review the request in good faith. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution.

7. No guarantee of prior compromise outcomes

Security incidents vary. We use reasonable professional efforts to clean and harden the site, but we do not warrant that every infection vector will be found, that the site cannot be re-compromised, or that third-party plugins, themes, servers, or DNS will remain secure. Ongoing protection is improved by updates, strong credentials, and optional maintenance plans.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coresol Studio LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the Emergency Hacking Fix shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including downtime, lost sales, SEO ranking changes, or data loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials on wordpressmaintenance.io remain the property of Coresol Studio LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your website content. You grant us a limited license to access and modify the site solely to perform the purchased services.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or purchasing services, you also acknowledge that policy.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful content, to attack third parties, or to conceal illegal activity. We may refuse or terminate service if we reasonably believe the request violates law or these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future purchases.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
