Coresol Studio LLC is the parent company behind WordPress Maintenance.io and other related brands and services, including ElementorExperts. Those brands are independent commercial offerings of Coresol Studio LLC and are not official products of Automattic, the WordPress Foundation, or Elementor Ltd. / Elementor.com, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and intake details: name, email, phone, website URL, hosting provider, WordPress version, site status, access availability (not passwords via the public form), and your description of the issue.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment (for example, email, amount, and payment status). Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on our website servers.
- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, and related support correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs that may be collected by our hosting provider or analytics tools if enabled.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide the $100 Emergency Hacking Fix and optional maintenance plans
- Process payments through Stripe
- Communicate about your request, access needs, and deliverables
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Payments via Stripe
One-time payments for the $100 fix (and any subscription payments we offer) are processed by Stripe for Coresol Studio LLC. Stripe acts as an independent payment processor. Stripe may collect identity and payment details under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Stripe, to process payments
- Service providers for hosting, email delivery, or form delivery tools that help us operate the site (only as needed to perform their services)
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Credentials and site access
We ask you not to paste passwords in the public intake form. When you later share WordPress, hosting, SFTP/FTP, or database credentials through a channel we designate, those credentials are used solely to perform the purchased service and should be rotated after the engagement when appropriate.
7. Retention
We retain intake, payment confirmation, and support records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of personal data subject to lawful retention needs.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our size and the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International visitors
We operate primarily from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our providers operate.
10. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing [email protected]. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails (service/transactional messages may still be sent).
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to business and website operators, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
